- What is Error 70? a: There are 3 primarty reasons for getting this error:
- The security settings for the COM + object are not set up correctly. Please refer to the installation instructions on tech.telestaff.com for the appropriate steps.
- The guest account is not enabled.
- You are in a workgroup (seperate usernames on every machine and server instead of having centralized user accounts in Active Directory)and using the same username on the client and server, but the passwords aredifferent on each machine.
- Why are the there red X's on the lines in Line Manager? a: Please contact the Support Desk for further information.
- When I run Payroll Export, I get an error stating DBISQL.EXE is missing? a: You need to install the Network database client. Please refer to the installation/upgrade instructions on tech.telestaff.com.
- How do we add a second database to our server? a: Please download our help document
- How do I give everyone access to our new Roster View? a: Select the new Roster View > Click the Roster View button > right-click on the new button > and select all users.
- Do I have to buy an SSL Certificate with WebStaff? a: You don't have to buy a SSL Certificate, but the data that is sent across the internet will not be encrypted.
- Where can I buy an SSL Certificate? a: www.comodo.com, www.godaddy.com. You can get one for less than $100/per year.
